The Starter plan is free and designed for individuals who want to explore the WAVE platform. It includes 100 hours of streaming per month, one concurrent stream, and basic analytics. This plan is ideal for personal projects, testing, and evaluation.

The Pro plan is designed for content creators and small teams who stream regularly. It unlocks SRT ingest, advanced analytics with viewer demographics, and up to 5 concurrent streams. Email support with a 24-hour response time is included.
The Business plan is built for organizations that operate multiple streams and require professional-grade features. It includes 4K streaming, 25 concurrent streams, 10,000 concurrent viewers, SSO/SAML authentication, and multi-region distribution across two geographic regions. Priority support with a 4-hour response time is included.
The Enterprise plan is a custom agreement for large-scale operations with demanding requirements. It includes unlimited streaming hours, unlimited concurrent viewers, 8K resolution support, unlimited geographic regions, and a dedicated Technical Account Manager (TAM). Enterprise customers receive a 99.99% uptime SLA and custom billing terms.

If you exceed your plan’s included streaming hours in a billing cycle, overage charges apply:

You will receive an email notification at 80% and 100% of your included hours. You can set a hard cap in Settings > Billing > Usage Limits to prevent unexpected overage charges.
