Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last updated: 2026-04-27
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and similar laws in other states (Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Tennessee, Iowa, Indiana, Delaware, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Minnesota), you have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information.
Does WAVE sell or share personal information?
WAVE does notsell personal information for monetary consideration. We do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising that constitutes “sharing” under the CPRA in our core platform. Any change to this practice will be disclosed in our Privacy Policy with at least 30 days' notice.
Where a third-party integration you enable (e.g. analytics, social pixels you configure on your own properties) constitutes “sharing,” you can opt out below.
Opt out using the Global Privacy Control (GPC)
WAVE honors the Global Privacy Control signal as a binding opt-out for residents of jurisdictions that recognize GPC. If your browser sends the GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out request automatically — no form needed.
Submit an opt-out request
You may also submit an opt-out request without verifying your identity. Email privacy@wave.online with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share — Opt-Out Request” and include the email address associated with your WAVE account.
We honor opt-out requests within 15 business days. We do not require a verified consumer request to process an opt-out.
Opt out of targeted advertising
If you have configured marketing pixels or third-party advertising services through WAVE's integrations (Meta Pixel, Google Ads, TikTok Pixel, etc.), opt-out is managed per-integration in your Privacy Settings.
Authorized agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit opt-out requests on your behalf. The agent must provide written authorization and we may verify the request directly with you in accordance with applicable law.
Right to non-discrimination
Exercising your privacy rights will not result in denial of service, different pricing, a reduction in service quality, or any other discriminatory treatment, except as permitted by law (e.g., where the personal information is reasonably necessary to provide the service).
Other privacy rights
See our Privacy Policy and Data Subject Access Request page for the full set of rights available to you (access, deletion, correction, portability, restriction).
