4. Reporting abuse
Report violations to abuse@wave.online. For DMCA copyright takedowns, see our DMCA policy. For CSAM, contact csam@wave.online — we report to NCMEC within 24 hours of confirmed detection.
5. Enforcement
WAVE enforces this AUP through five layers:
- Automated scanning at upload + deterministic rules
- AI-assisted classification for ambiguous content
- Human review queue for flagged items
- User reports and appeals
- Federal mandatory reporting where required (CSAM)
Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, account termination, civil action, or criminal referral. We maintain a 3-strike repeat-infringer policy under DMCA Section 512 safe harbor.
6. Appeals
If your content was removed or account was suspended in error, file an appeal to appeals@wave.online within 30 days. We review every good-faith appeal.
7. Changes
We may update this AUP. Material changes will be posted at this URL with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of WAVE after changes constitutes acceptance.
